Interview with creator of Merida: What do you think it means to be a Disney princess?
I think it means being pretty, being sweet, having long flowing hair, and waiting for your prince—and I think that’s the overall message. There’s nothing about being who you are, utilizing your own strengths to be something special.
I was going to write like novels for each princess so I tried to keep it short but basically.. no. That is not what it is all about. There is something wrong with the way you interpret the message. Sorry that merchandise is profitable and a little less in depth than the actual characters.. The comments below are still so shallow compared to what these characters are.
My outfit for Disneyland tomorrow
I cheated a little because I had to add this cottage dress. Belle has quite a fancy wardrobe, ain’t gonna lie!

Tiana’s outfits make me so happy, so I found some real life substitutes. I used the dream sequence for her white dress because it shows full length.
